Profile of Floor Coordinator

  • Interface between medical services and various departments like business development, legal services, billing, it, and provide medical/expert inputs for smooth functioning of the other departments.
  • Mis reporting (daily, weekly & monthly basis) including data collection & analysis. Msh monthly review preparation and presentation.
  • To coordinate the implementation of protocols/guidelines laid down by Quality Assurance Department.
  • To ensure adequate documentation of medical records
  • Coordination with various departments for Maintenance, repair, and new equipment/spare parts procurements, Purchase and procurement of new drugs/Consumables.
  • Communicate, cooperate and perform related duties with other co-workers in the departments and in other departments in a courteous and efficient manner to achieve overall hospital goals and objectives
