Profile of Executive HR

  • Manpower Planning and monitoring
  • Prepare a recruitment budget for the hiring and take approval and getting it approved from concerned department.
  • Screening the candidate by conducting telephonic or personal interview as the case may be.
  • Encourage the employees to provide reference for better prospects.
  • Reference check should be done of shortlisted candidates.
  • Preparation of offer letters as required.
  • Joining
  • Manage Joining formalities
  • Preparing and entering new hire paperwork.
  • Issue Employee ID Cards
  • Ensure that accurate job descriptions given to the new joined.
  • Conducting Induction training for new hiring.
  • Make sure new joined mail & birthday mail send to all the shareholders at your site.
  • New employee punching through bio-metrics & Maintain the records in HRMS.
  • Make sure all Employee files are maintained safely with care.
  • Make sure all personal records are available in the files and updated in HRMS.
  • Periodic Personal File / HRMS Auditing (Monthly) & Keeping Track.
  • Ensuring updating of the existing Job Profiles.
  • Ensuring all the updating of the NABH documentation and HR Formats.
  • Learning and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Learning and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Having formal and Informal counselling with employees & Prepare appraisal Letters.
